Why I can’t find my device in Device Management page, even if device shows “Connected”?

Hi, I’m a beginner, I got an IoTkey to install a client and be informed to connect to this webpage to manage my IoT device, but I can’t see it, anybody can help me?

You may check the IoTKey first, then switch your “Group” to “Default” in “Device” webpage. New connected devices will be assigned to Default Group.
